Whether you’re looking to drop into a single class, commit with a membership, or enjoy the flexibility of a class pass, there’s a way to practice that works for you. Each option is designed to give you the freedom to choose what feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.
Pay as you go options
If you’d like to keep things flexible, you can drop into any class whenever it suits you.
45 minutes (Get Up & Glow): £12
1 hour (Anchor & Align, AstroFlow): £15
Magic of the Moon (1hr 15 mins): £17
Class Passes
If you’d like more flexibility than a membership but still want savings compared to pay-as-you-go, a class pass is a great choice. Passes can be used for Anchor & Align and AstroFlow classes — perfect if you’d like to come regularly but prefer not to commit monthly.
Please note: Class passes don’t include Magic of the Moon sessions.
4-Class Pass - £55
Great for dipping into regular practice. Works out at £13.75 per class (usually £15).
Valid for 4 weeks from first booking.
6-Class Pass - £78
Perfect for keeping momentum going. Works out at £13 per class (saving £12 in total).
Valid for 6 weeks from first booking.
10-Class Pass - £127
Best value if you’re coming often. Works out at just £12.70 per class (saving £23 in total).
Valid for 8 weeks from first booking.

Memberships are already priced to reflect short seasonal breaks (Easter, summer, and Christmas), so no adjustments are needed during these times.
Founders Membership

Be among the very first to step into this new chapter with me. As a Founders Member, you’ll enjoy 2 classes a week of your choice, plus our monthly Magic of the Moon session, all for £85.
This special rate is a way to honour and thank those who are here from the very beginning, helping to nurture and grow our new space together.

Get up & Glow Unlimited
£65.00 PM
Start your day with focus and energy that lasts. This membership gives you unlimited access to two weekly morning classes for £65 a month.
Each session blends breathwork and movement with simple intention-setting, helping you wake up well, feel steady, and carry a calmer mindset into the rest of your day.
