Hello, I'm Lianne, here is a little about me…

A Journey Back to Inner Harmony

Before yoga and angelic connection found me on my path, I was in survival mode.

For years, I lived in a space of instability, I broke down regularly and I drank until I blacked out, I let people down frequently and made decisions that kept me thoroughly disconnected from myself. I didn’t know what I needed—only that I was exhausted, lost, and longing for something more.

Motherhood, while beautiful, brought its own storm which I now know was undiagnosed postnatal depression. My dad was terminally ill and I was burnt out, emotionally overwhelmed, and unsure of who I was supposed to be.

Underneath all of it, I was longing for something I couldn’t quite name—safety, stability, connection, and trust.

The Path Unfolded

Yoga came into my life almost by accident. At 22, whilst living in the New Forest, my room mate Cynthia took me through my first round of sun salutations. Cynthia was often upside down against the wall when i got out the shower and she showed me a different way of life, and something shifted.

Back home, I found a local teacher and joined a meditation group. Slowly, I began to breathe again. Savasana became my sanctuary—a quiet space where I could finally feel again.

And then, the angels arrived.

I met Mel by chance when I picked up my daughter from a birthday party. Her home radiated peace, filled with crystals and warmth. She shared her angel offerings with me, and I felt something stir. Not long after, I joined her course, but just before I said yes, I completely broke down!

Now I understand that moment for what it was: an energetic clearing, making space for something new.

The Transformation

The shifts were instant, I changed how I lived, I felt more emotionally stable, more connected to something deeper than myself. My relationship with myself softened, I trusted more, I set boundaries and I chose differently.

The life I’d been clinging to slowly fell away. What took its place was uncertain and lonely at times but it was rooted in faith.

Eventually, the dream I’d carried for years became real: I completed my yoga teacher training in 2023.

Since then, the journey hasn’t ended—it’s expanded.

I’ve discovered my voice.
I’ve reclaimed my spiritual trust.
I’ve found balance—not perfect, but real.

Where I Am Now

Yoga and angelic connection are no longer separate practices, they’re how I live.

Not always perfectly, but with presence.
Breathwork, meditation, energy awareness, and grounding rituals shape my days.
I call in the angels—especially Michael and Sandalphon to guide and protect both myself and my children.

What I Offer

Today, I hold space for others—just as these practices held space for me.

In our calm sanctuary in the heart of St Neots, there is:

  • Yoga classes and series aligned with the seasons and the stars

  • Chakra-inspired sessions for emotional and energetic balance

  • Angelic Reiki and 1:1 guidance

  • Teen wellbeing workshops and tools for navigating life with greater self-trust

  • Full moon and new moon sessions

Everything I offer is rooted in real experience, nothing is performative.
This is a space for coming home to yourself in non-judgemntal surroundings.

Who’s Welcome

This space is for you if:

  • You’re burnt out, overwhelmed, or even unraveling (I’ve been there)

  • You long to feel safe in your body, your energy, your emotions (Also been here)

  • You’re spiritually curious but unsure where to start

  • You’re a teen—or the parent of one—seeking grounding and inner calm

  • You’re ready to reconnect with the part of you that was never broken (Always in process)

You’re Warmly Welcome Here

Whether you're just beginning or returning to yourself once more, I’m here to hold space for that process.
There’s no pressure to be anyone but you.

It's so important to ensure that your yoga teacher is qualified to the industry standard as a bare minimum (200 hours training with 2-3 years personal practice is the minimum industry standard) as you are putting your health, body and safety in their hands.

Yoga teaching isn't a formally governed profession, this means anyone can set up a yoga class and start teaching, regardless of their training or experience. In many fitness settings a 20-hour CPD is all that is requested. There's a huge variation in the skill and training of teachers.
