Group Classes

Here you'll find descriptions for all of the weekly classes in St Neots so you can make the right choice for you.

All classes are suitable for people with basic mobility. This covers things like getting up and down from the floor unaided, and being able to bear weight on hands and knees. If this isn't you, you may be better suited to a 1:1 practice, instead of a group class.

    Begin & Breathe

If you’ve ever felt that yoga might be “too advanced” or worried you’re not flexible, strong or even calm enough to try, come and join us at Begin & Breathe Tuesdays at 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

This gentle, welcoming class is designed for complete beginners and anyone who wants to slow down, build confidence and understand the foundations of yoga at a steady, unhurried pace.

Each week, we move mindfully through simple, accessible movements that help you release tension, build strength and mobility and reconnect with your breath — all without pressure or expectation.

You’ll learn how to move safely and comfortably, with guidance and variations offered every step of the way, so you can explore what feels right for your body.

We take time to understand how breath can support both body and mind, exploring calming breathing techniques to help reduce stress, quiet busy thoughts and bring a deeper sense of ease. There’s space to pause, to rest and to ask questions — because this is a class about learning, not performing.

Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time, returning after a long break, or simply craving a slower, more nurturing approach, Begin & Breathe offers a supportive space to move gently, breathe deeply and grow confidence from the ground up.

Discover how yoga can become a tool for balance, wellbeing and everyday calm — one breath at a time.

  • Astroflow yoga class in st neots at lianne marie yoga

    AstroFlow

AstroFlow is a flowing, dynamic practice guided by the rhythm of the cosmos. Each class is shaped by the current zodiac season, inviting you to experience how the qualities of the stars can be embodied through movement, breath, and intention held on a Wednesday at 6pm.

This is the only flow-style class I offer, and it’s designed to bring more fluidity, and dynamic expression.

Every month the focus shifts with the zodiac — from the fiery vitality of Leo to the grounded precision of Virgo, the balance of Libra, the depth of Scorpio, and so on. Each cycle offers a new opportunity to explore your body and mind in resonance with the greater rhythms of nature and the skies above.

It is an invitation to refine awareness and cultivate presence, flowing not just for physical practice but for cosmic connection.

  • Sunrise yoga at lianne marie yoga studion in st neots

    Get up & Glow

Get Up & Glow is a 45-minute early morning practice designed to bring steadiness and focus to the very start of your day.

Meeting twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) at 6.15am, this class offers a consistent rhythm that allows you to settle into your practice before the demands of daily life begin.

Each month follows a carefully designed sequence that we return to for four weeks at a time. This approach is inspired by the yogic tradition of sādhanā — a dedicated practice repeated over time to cultivate rhythm, stability, and focus. By revisiting the same movements, breathwork, and meditation across the month, you’ll find a sense of familiarity that encourages growth, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself.

The practice blends accessible breath awareness, simple asana to ground and centre, and short meditations to focus the mind.

Get Up & Glow is suitable for beginners and beyond, a nourishing way to honour your morning and create space for focus, balance, and lightness throughout the week. Drop in or membership available.

Please check class timetable for dates and times as this fluctuates.

The full moon sessions invite release and expansion, helping you to let go of what feels heavy and create space for renewal. The new moon sessions offer stillness and intention, a time to ground and plant seeds for the weeks ahead.

Every class is infused with a sense of tranquility, supporting you to reconnect with your inner landscape while drawing inspiration from the natural cycles around us. Whether you are seeking clarity, calm, or a moment of restoration, Magic of the Moon offers a sanctuary to pause, breathe, and realign.

We end the evening with an opportunity to draw a card from the sacred landscape deck thats been infused with our energy throughout the practice.

  • Angelic Reiki at lianne marie yoga studio st neots

    Angelic Reiki Healing

Angelic Reiki is a deeply restorative healing practice that connects you with the love, light, and wisdom of the angelic realm. Unlike some other healing modalities that rely primarily on the practitioner’s energy, Angelic Reiki acts as a channel for pure divine frequencies, allowing healing to flow directly from the angelic realm to you.

During a session, you are invited to lay down in a calm, nurturing space while gentle yet powerful waves of healing energy are transmitted through my hands, by the angels. Each healing is unique, as the angelic realm knows precisely what is needed for your highest good. This may include balancing the chakras, clearing energetic blockages, releasing old patterns, or bringing peace to physical, emotional, or mental struggles.

Angelic Reiki works on every level of being—body, mind, and spirit. Many people experience a profound sense of serenity, clarity, and lightness after a session, as though a weight has been lifted. Some describe it as being bathed in light, embraced by love, or held in the most gentle and supportive presence.

Benefits of Angelic Reiki may include:

    Deep relaxation and stress release

Restoring balance to the energy system

Support through times of transition, loss, or emotional upheaval

Releasing energetic imprints from the past

    Strengthening spiritual connection and intuition

    Feeling uplifted, aligned, and renewed

Whether you are seeking healing for a specific issue or simply wish to reconnect with your inner light, Angelic Reiki offers a safe and sacred space for transformation. The energy flows in harmony with what you are ready to receive, always respecting your free will and highest purpose.

Each session is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be embraced by the pure essence of angelic love.

    Bespoke 1:1 Yoga practice

A 1:1 yoga session is a chance to step away from the pace and pressure of daily life and enter into a practice that is created just for you. Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to deepen and personalise your practice, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Either by email or a phonecall we begin by exploring what you most need from your practice—this might be releasing stress and tension, finding more energy, building strength and mobility, supporting emotional wellbeing, or simply creating space to reconnect with yourself. From here, I carefully craft a session that blends movement, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation in a way that feels supportive and accessible for your body and mind.

Each 1:1 is truly bespoke. In a private, beautiful setting you will be guided through shapes, transitions, and breath practices at a pace that feels comfortable, with time to ask questions. The focus is not on performance but on presence—listening to your body, working with compassion, and developing tools you can carry into everyday life.
