Lianne Marie offering chakra balancing meditation and yoga in St Neots. A space to realign and re-energise.

This workshop is for those moments when you’re holding a lot emotionally, mentally, practically and want space to pause and recalibrate.

Across the afternoon, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, using grounding movement, breath, quiet reflection and simple self-care practices to support steadiness and self-trust. There’s no pressure to share, perform, or arrive in a particular way. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what supports you, and practical tools you can return to when everyday life feels noisy or demanding.
