Studio Hire Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in hiring our studio space. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions of hire.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Regular bookings may be arranged on a rolling basis by agreement.
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you are unable to proceed with your booking, you may request to transfer the session to an alternative date, subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Transfers are offered at the discretion of the studio owner and may only be permitted once per booking.
If the studio owner needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
Use of Space
The studio comfortably accommodates up to six people on mats.
Each booking includes a 15-minute grace period before and after your session for arrival, set-up, and clear-down. Please ensure your activity begins and ends within the booked time, allowing these 15 minutes either side.
The space must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition as found.
Please use the space respectfully and for its intended purpose (e.g. wellness sessions, workshops, small group gatherings).
Responsibility & Liability
Hirers are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all participants during their booking.
The studio owner cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
All hirers must hold valid Public Liability Insurance for the activity they are running and will be asked to provide a copy as proof before their booking is confirmed.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure they hold any relevant insurance and qualifications for their activity.
Respect & Consideration
Please be mindful of sound levels so as not to disturb neighbouring businesses.
Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted in the studio.
Any damage to the property, fixtures, or fittings will be the responsibility of the hirer.
Regular & Ongoing Bookings
Regular weekly bookings are invoiced monthly in advance, based on the number of sessions falling within that calendar month.
Payment is due before the first session of each month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A minimum of four weeks’ written notice is required to cancel or amend a regular booking.
Missed sessions within a regular booking remain payable unless the slot can be reallocated.
If the studio becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or alternative date will be offered.
Agreement
By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
